Who we are

Dendri is a small team based in Cherry Hill, NJ. We are a group of attorneys, marketers and developers who came together to identify a better way to manage tasks and projects for law firms and service businesses.

In general, data you share with us via use of our application is used only to allow the application to function as intended. Unless you explicitly authorize a member of our team to access your data to help you implement a feature or fix an issue, our internal team will not intentionally access your personal data. The only data that we may reference to allow us to understand the functioning of our application is your name, email address, organization name, and statistical but non-identifiable usage information. For example, we may review how many projects you have created, but we will not review the name of those projects or the content contained therein.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We also utilize Google Analytics for anonymous search traffic and usage tracking. This information is accessed only internally and not sold or shared with third parties.

Our Application:

We use internal tools to control your settings and preferences. These are contained within the Dendri application itself and are not shared outside of our server. As an application, our various tools are necessary for the functioning of the application, for example, adding a task and assigning a user requires that data to be served on our database. The application cannot be used without this saved data. We may also use third-party tools internally to obtain anonymous usage data to monitor the performance and identify any problems with our application. If you do not consent to this usage, we ask that you not use our application.

At no time will we access your stored data without your express and direct consent. Any such access will be at your request and for specific maintenance purposes as agreed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

Unless you opt-in to utilizing an integration which will share your data with a third-party service at your direction, we do not share your data with any third parties.

How we utilize your data

If you use our application, your data is privately stored in a database and not accessed by anyone not in your organization. By default, this information is stored indefinitely unless you direct us to delete those records. We may retain information limited to your name and email address, the name of your organization and generalized usage data to maintain our server and plan our storage needs.

You have the right to request that we delete your account and any associated data. Your data will only be used as described for your benefit to enable Dendri to function.

Our servers are hosted via DigitalOcean and AWS. Your data is not transmitted off of our environment unless you direct it to be through an integration or your own use of our application.
