Who we are

Dendri is a small team based in Cherry Hill, NJ. We are a group of attorneys, marketers and developers who came together to identify a better way to manage tasks and projects for law firms and service businesses.

In general, data you share with us via use of our application is used only to allow the application to function as intended. Unless you explicitly authorize a member of our team to access your data to help you implement a feature or fix an issue, our internal team will not intentionally access your personal data. The only data that we may reference to allow us to understand the functioning of our application is your name, email address, organization name, and statistical but non-identifiable usage information. For example, we may review how many projects or tasks you have created or when you were last active, but we will not review the name of those projects or the content contained therein.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Information

When visitors leave comments or send us messages on our homepage we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. This may not be present on our homepage at all times, but the information collected for messages or comments on our website will not be greater than this.

We also utilize Google Analytics for anonymous search traffic and usage tracking. This information is accessed only internally and not sold or shared with third parties. We may also utilize Microsoft Clarity to provide anonymous usage information to improve our services. This information will never be voluntarily shared by us to any third parties who are not agents or employees of Dendri.com. If Google or Microsoft retain any of this anonymized data, it is governed by their own policies.

By using our Application for your business you will choose what data to share. Data used in our application may include:

  1. Your email address, business address, phone number, business name, and other personally identifiable information.
  2. Your credit card information for payment for our services.
  3. Information provided to you by your clients or customers, including personally identifiable and sensitive information chosen by you to effectively use our platform.

Dendri is a task and workflow management application helping lawyers and service professionals organize their tasks within their teams. Because this is generally client work, the information you provide to Dendri within the application is stored within our application for your use. It is not shared with any third parties and handled internally with sensitivity and confidentiality by Dendri. We will not intentionally review any of your client data without your specific authorization as set forth above.

Data Security Disclaimer

While we maintain industry standard security and encryption, and offer the ability to sign in securely with a selection of SSO providers, in the event your data is compromised by a third party, the following applies. First: In the event Dendri is made aware of a security breach impacting your data, we will notify you of the issue, and take steps to remediate the breach. In the event your data is compromised by way of Phishing, reverse engineering, or other targeted activity aimed at your business, you agree to notify Dendri and request any steps necessary to remedy the breach. In no event will Dendri be held responsible for any data loss, security breach, or other privacy issue impacting your business. Use of any internet-based service comes with certain risks, and you assume the risk that your data could be compromised through the use of our platform. Because our application is primarily used in conjunction with Clio, any breach of your data through Clio will necessarily result in that information that is shared with Clio being subject to that breach, and would be addressed by Clio’s security protocols. You agree to indemnify Dendri and hold Dendri harmless for any breach, data loss, or other issue, subject to this paragraph.

Media

If you upload images to the application, you should exercise care in making sure such images are uploaded only via our application interface, and periodically check that any images are not accessible when not logged into our service. Sometimes, images may be “cached” locally in your browser and may appear accessible when they are not. Dendri will not be held liable for any publicly viewable images. Our images are stored on an Amazon S3 instance and encrypted based on its protocols.
