That’s why our paid plans include a 30-day free trial, so you can hit the ground running and see first-hand how Dendri can free up your team’s time and energy to focus on the work that really matters.

Dendri works with individuals and teams ranging from 1 to 500 employees across numerous different industries, each with unique needs and use cases. We’ve found that user-based pricing is the best way to effectively serve such a diverse customer base.

No credit card is needed for the free trial. If you decide to keep working with Dendri, you'll be asked to pay after 30 days.  Discounts may be available. If you decide Dendri is not for you, you won't be charged and your payment details will not be on record.

Our monthly subscriptions can be paid by paypal or credit card. If your organization is unable to pay by credit card payments, please contact us at support@dendri.com to arrange an alternative payment method.

We’ll make a one-time prorated charge to your preferred payment method to cover your new team member(s) for the remainder of the current billing period. Starting with the next billing period, they'll be counted towards your total bill like every other member.

As an example, you are paying $35 per user per month when billed monthly. You invite a new team member 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 days remaining. The per-day cost for each user is $1.16 ($35 divided by 30), so we will make a one-time charge of $23.2 ($35 divided by 30 days times 20 days) to your preferred payment method.

Your data is always yours. If you have a career's worth of cases or you're just starting out, reach out to us to help import your existing files.
